Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can describe what you want to a coding tool, you can start here. The console explains what is happening in plain language instead of assuming you already know the jargon.
Can I bring an app I already built?
Yes, and it is how most people start. Export to GitHub from Lovable, Bolt, Replit or v0, then point Camplax at the repo. The first deploy builds the project around your code.
What actually happens to my database?
You get a real Postgres database, not a wrapper. Connect any Postgres client, run your own SQL, and export the whole thing whenever you want.
Will a preview touch my live app?
No. Preview environments get their own database, files, secrets and credit wallet. There is no shared connection string for a branch to reach through.
What happens when my credits run out?
The features that cost variable money pause, and you see exactly what stopped and why. Your app stays online, because hosting is covered by the dollar.
Can I leave later?
Yes. Your code stays in your own GitHub, your database exports as standard Postgres, and your files download as files.
