Report only the address. Camplax preserves the evidence and reports child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as United States law requires. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline, the Internet Watch Foundation in the UK, or your national INHOPE hotline.
What happens to a report
Every report is recorded and reviewed by a person at Camplax. We look at the address you sent, and when it breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law we take it down, limit the project, or suspend the account. The owner of the reported app is told what was found, but never who reported it. [[Response targets — for example phishing and malware within 4 hours — once on-call staffing is confirmed.]]
Copyright notices
A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act needs everything the form asks for under “Copyright infringement”. Camplax’s designated agent is [[DMCA designated agent: name, postal address, phone, email, as registered with the U.S. Copyright Office]]. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent.
Illegal content in the EU
Use “Illegal content” to send a notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. Camplax’s single point of contact for authorities and users is [[DSA point of contact email]], and its legal representative in the EU is [[EU legal representative name and address]].
Security problems in Camplax
Choose “A security problem in Camplax itself” to report a vulnerability in the platform, the console or the API. Do not access other people’s data, do not degrade the service, and give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you publish it. Our security.txt points here.
