In short
- Camplax has three monthly plans: Indie at $25, Pro at $50 and Scale at $100 a month, plus tax where it applies. What each includes is on the Pricing page; only the plans offered at checkout can be bought. Everything past a plan — memory at $5 per GB, database at $1 per GB, files at $0.05 per GB, email at $0.40 per 1,000 sent and $0.05 per 1,000 received, bandwidth, build minutes, preview hours, cron runs, sign-in users past the plan’s monthly limit, and AI — is paid from prepaid credits bought ahead of use, in packs of $5, $20 or $50. Nothing is charged after the fact, and when the credits reach zero the extra stops.
- Every app’s database keeps a continuous backup, and you can restore it to any moment in your plan’s restore window: 7 days on Indie, 14 on Pro and 30 on Scale. You can also download a dump of your database at any time from Settings → Data. How both work is in the database docs.
- Deleting a project is a tracked offboarding: its compute, database, backups, files, domains and credentials are removed, and a step that fails is retried rather than forgotten. Camplax keeps one final copy of each of the project’s databases for 30 days after the deletion finishes, so a project deleted by mistake can be recovered by support, and then deletes it.
