2. Why we use it

3. Customer projects
For data a customer places in its own project, the customer decides why and how that data is used. Camplax acts only as needed to provide the platform and follow the customer’s documented instructions, subject to applicable law. 4. Sharing and international transfers
We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. The current technical provider list is on the Subprocessors page. Confirm each provider’s legal entity, hosting region, transfer mechanism, and contractual protections before publication.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website and console may use essential technologies for sign-in, security, settings, and service delivery. Camplax uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode during account creation to detect automated abuse. Cloudflare processes device, browser, network, and interaction signals for that security check under its data processing terms and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Do not add analytics, advertising, or non-essential cookies without publishing the actual tools, purposes, choices, and consent mechanism required in the places where they apply.
6. Retention, security, and rights
Retention and deletion are described on the Data Retention & Deletion page. Camplax uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk, but no system is perfectly secure. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a regulator.
