1. Plan and prepaid-credit prices
Camplax has three monthly plans: Indie at $25, Pro at $50 and Scale at $100 a month, plus tax where it applies. What each includes is on the Pricing page; only the plans offered at checkout can be bought. Everything past a plan — memory at $5 per GB, database at $1 per GB, files at $0.05 per GB, email at $0.40 per 1,000 sent and $0.05 per 1,000 received, bandwidth, build minutes, preview hours, cron runs, sign-in users past the plan’s monthly limit, and AI — is paid from prepaid credits bought ahead of use, in packs of $5, $20 or $50. Nothing is charged after the fact, and when the credits reach zero the extra stops.
Before you give payment consent, checkout shows the total payable amount, taxes where they apply, how often it renews, and what the purchase covers.
2. Renewal and cancellation
Every plan renews monthly until cancelled. The account owner cancels on the Billing page in the console: Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can also change the card and download invoices. You can also write to [[billing support email]]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for unless you ask for it to end sooner or it must end for security reasons.
When a plan ends or is not paid
There is no grace period. When a cancelled plan reaches the end of its period, or a renewal is not paid, the account’s apps stop at once and are kept for 30 days. Paying the invoice or starting a plan in that time starts them again. If the account still has no paid plan then, every project it owns is deleted, as set out in the Data Retention Policy; the account itself stays. Camplax emails the date when the apps stop, a week before and the day before.
3. Refunds
- Camplax reviews duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken platform charges promptly and corrects confirmed billing errors.
- Unless law requires otherwise, a cancelled monthly platform term is not prorated after the term has started.
- Unused prepaid credits are non-refundable except for a confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous purchase, or where law requires a refund.
- An account closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded for its plan or its credits, unless law requires a refund.
- Credit balances do not renew by themselves, and Camplax never tops them up from your card without you asking.
4. Refund requests and disputes
Send a billing question or refund request to [[billing support email]] with the account email, invoice or charge reference, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. Camplax acknowledges the request and keeps a record of the outcome.
5. Changes
Changes to price, renewal, or refund rules apply only with the notice and consent required by law and by the applicable customer agreement. Camplax will not retroactively change the treatment of a payment already made.
