These terms are between you and [[Camplax legal entity name, place of formation and registered address]], doing business as Camplax (“Camplax”). They take effect on the date shown above. You accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, when you create an account; Camplax keeps a record of the version you accepted, when, and the IP address the sign-up came from.
1. The service
Camplax provides a project platform with hosting, database, sign-in, storage, deploys, previews, domains, secrets, and optional credit-funded services. The active plan, limits, and prices are shown at checkout and in the applicable product screens. Product documentation and the checkout flow control if they state a specific operational limit or fee.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only if you are old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Camplax for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation. You are responsible for people you invite and for activity under your account unless it resulted from Camplax’s failure to protect the service.
3. Your project and data
You keep ownership of your code, content, and project data. You give Camplax the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you. You are responsible for your project’s notices, permissions, content, and relationship with your own end users. Where Camplax processes personal data on your behalf, the data processing addendum applies once it is final.
Do not upload data you are not permitted to handle. Do not put another person’s production credentials into a preview or share them through source code, logs, or support tickets.
4. Acceptable use, notices, and suspension
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Anyone can report a project on Camplax for abuse, copyright infringement, illegal content, or child safety through the report page. Camplax may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or third parties; to stop unlawful or abusive use; to act on a valid notice; or to comply with law. Where practical, Camplax will give notice and a path to appeal. Immediate action may be necessary for an active security or safety risk.
Camplax ends the use of the service by repeat infringers. Each copyright notice Camplax upholds is counted against the account that owns the reported app. When a third notice is upheld against the same account, the account is suspended: every app on it stops, and it can be used only to read why and to contact support. A notice that is withdrawn, or that a counter-notice overturns, is no longer counted. How copyright notices and counter-notices work is on the report page.
5. Fees, renewals, and credits
Camplax has three monthly plans: Indie at $25, Pro at $50 and Scale at $100 a month, plus tax where it applies. What each includes is on the Pricing page; only the plans offered at checkout can be bought. Everything past a plan — memory at $5 per GB, database at $1 per GB, files at $0.05 per GB, email at $0.40 per 1,000 sent and $0.05 per 1,000 received, bandwidth, build minutes, preview hours, cron runs, sign-in users past the plan’s monthly limit, and AI — is paid from prepaid credits bought ahead of use, in packs of $5, $20 or $50. Nothing is charged after the fact, and when the credits reach zero the extra stops.
Before you are charged, checkout shows the amount, how often it renews, taxes, and how to cancel, and asks for your consent. The cancellation, refund, and prepaid-credit rules are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Availability, third parties, and recovery
Camplax depends on infrastructure and integration providers, listed on the Subprocessors page. It will use reasonable care in operating the service, but it does not promise uninterrupted access or a specific recovery objective unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Every app’s database keeps a continuous backup, and you can restore it to any moment in your plan’s restore window: 7 days on Indie, 14 on Pro and 30 on Scale. You can also download a dump of your database at any time from Settings → Data. How both work is in the database docs. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Camplax and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of your project to Camplax or ownership of the Camplax service to you. You may give feedback; Camplax may use it without restriction or compensation, but will not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Disclaimers, liability, and governing law
Except where law does not allow a disclaimer, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” [[governing law, courts, and the counsel-approved warranty, liability, indemnity and consumer-rights clauses]]
9. Changes and contact
Camplax will post material changes to these terms with a revised date and, where required, give direct notice before they take effect. For terms questions, use Support or write to [[legal notice email and postal address]].
